Biological Sewage Treatment Plant

Sewage treatment plant is one of the feasible and cost effective ways to treat reusable water. Our high quality biological sewage treatment plant effectively removes the varied contaminants from the sewage water. Sewage treatment plant is manufactured from the premium quality raw materials that add efficiency. Rugged structure, easy installation and excellent performance are the salient features of our sewage treatment plant that makes it perfect for gardening or toilet flushing purposes. We have firmly positioned ourselves as one of the major sewage treatment plant suppliers in India.
Human waste treatment facilities are usually located in public places such as schools or parks. In these locations, the biological sewage treatment plants take in human excrements, such as urine and poop, and break it down into the chemical components that can be disposed of. The solution will then be transported by truck or barge (depending on the location) to a final collection point where it will be released back into the environment.

What is a biological sewage treatment plant?

Biological sewage treatment plants consist of four major components in a process that treats human wastes by using bacteria and other microbial accomplices to break them down into other byproducts such as sludge. Thereafter, the water can be safely released back into lakes and rivers and is no longer a health hazard to the ecosystem or residents.
Biological sewage treatment systems make use of bacteria and other microorganisms, along with chemical and mechanical methods to effectively treat human wastes. These systems use primary treatment to remove settleable solids, secondary treatment is used to remove dissolved and suspended material by biological processes, and tertiary or advanced treatment to further clean and disinfect the water for release into the environment or reclaimed for additional uses.
Biological treatment with secondary sedimentation is a very important and modern concept of wastewater treatment that has been developed in the first half of the 20th century.

How does a biological sewage treatment system work?

No need for chemicals The advantages of a biological sewage treatment of wastewater utilizing Microbial Bio-Reactor (MBR) technology are numerous compared to the conventional chlorine-based secondary treatment process”. With MBR you pass through a special reactor where the bacteria hydrolyse the organic material into more simple substances which can then be re-utilized by plants.
The wastewater disinfection or the biological sewage treatment is the last stage of the process. This process includes the treatment of effluent by microorganisms in bioreactors, and a discharge of water with an acceptable set of parameters. The purpose of the secondary treatment is to eliminate most of the influent organic matter producing a high-quality effluent discharged into rivers or groundwater.
The Biological Secondary Treatment System (BST) has been developed on principles of tertiary treatment methodologies. Sewage is treated in a biological reactor where dissolved air flotation (DAF) is used to convert the sludge into stabilized, flocculent material. ETF pumps are utilized to remove 50% of the settled sewage from one end of the basin to another while being re-aerated and sedimentation occurs from the surface layers downwards. This system produces a higher quality effluent than conventional secondary treatment systems and can be utilized for irrigation or planted areas.
The biological secondary treatment is the most common method in treating domestic sewage; this involves the use of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms to bring about a reduction of BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) in wastewater. It is also the most popular means of water treatment as it is very efficient and much less costly than other ways of water purification.
Through the process of aeration, the wastewater is separated into solids and foul gases. Half of its volume is evaporated or transpired by microorganisms. The diffused air, called secondary wastewater, passes through the special filter called “mesophilic reactor” where it becomes stabilized and can then be utilized in agricultural activities. At the end of this process faecal particles -bacteria and viruses- are transformed into harmless substances.
Our system uses a combination of biological and physical processes to treat sewage waste. Our biological process uses microbes that break down organic matter in the wastewater. A secondary sedimentation process is employed on every cycle so that even the smallest particles settle out in the sludge tank for easy removal/processing.
We specialize in providing turnkey solutions for designing, development and installation of sewage treatment. Our team engineers work with clients to provide cost -effective solutions for their specific needs. We also provide prompt after sales service to trouble shoot and maintenance of the installed system. Out sewage treatment plants have a proven record of performance in different industries, residential complex, institutions, hotels and resorts etc.
We have executed commercial projects for clients in different areas.
The Sharp packaged plant treatment system is a type of biological treatment for domestic waste using the extended aeration process. Sharp packaged plants are compact and self-contained. They are able to treat 1000 to 150000 gallons per day, depending on your unique applications.
