Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and target potential clients through proactive lead generation and networking.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Marketing:
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and sales tools.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Utilize social media and digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales pipeline updates, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
